Terms of Service

1. The product

RTLify is a browser extension that automatically detects Arabic and Hebrew text on web pages and renders it in the correct reading direction. Trial period: 15 days from first install, no payment or signup required.

2. License

A purchased license key activates RTLify on a single browser profile. Multi-key packs (3 or 5) activate the extension on the same number of separate browser profiles. Licenses are perpetual — they do not expire and are not subscriptions.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the merchant of record. Charges are made in Turkish Lira (₺); if your card is in another currency, your bank converts at its rate. Prices shown are inclusive of any applicable VAT or sales tax, which Lemon Squeezy collects and remits on our behalf in the relevant jurisdictions. We do not see or store your card details.

4. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the license keys have not been heavily used. See our refund policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't resell or redistribute license keys.
• Don't reverse-engineer or modify the extension to circumvent licensing.
• Don't use the extension on infrastructure you don't own or have permission to access.

6. Service availability

We aim for high uptime on our license-verification and config endpoints, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The extension caches a successful verification locally, so a brief outage will not disable your installation.

7. Changes to the extension

New site presets and layout fixes ship via remote config. The extension fetches updates periodically. We will not introduce changes that disable previously paid features.

8. Liability

The software is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the extension. Maximum liability is the amount you paid for your license.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Türkiye.
