14-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, typically within 5–10 business days.

Eligibility

• The request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
• License keys must not show signs of heavy commercial use (we consider activations on more than half of the purchased keys to be heavy use).
• Refunds are processed once per customer.

How to request a refund

Email support@rtlify.app with:

• The email address you used at checkout
• The order reference (in your receipt email)
• A short reason — optional, but it helps us improve

We respond within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is submitted to Lemon Squeezy immediately.

What happens to your license keys

Refunded keys are deactivated. The extension will revert to its unlicensed state on the affected browsers.

Disputes

If you have any concerns we haven't addressed, please contact us before opening a chargeback — almost all issues are resolved faster and more easily by email.
